For me yoga is a means to unleash the authentic and vulnerable within us all It allows us to connect with the breaths we take each day with intention and clarity In November of I was in a head-on car collision that left me with unresolved post-concussion syndrome I am using this experience as an opportunity to and learn about how yoga can re-wire the brain especially for those of us dealing with TBIs and how we can all do yoga with modifications and sensitivity to our bodies I love working with people who have mobility issues children and anyone looking to benefit from the nourishment of yoga Sending peace and light to everyone and hope to see you in class soon.
