I completed my hour YTT for vinyasa with the amazing Leslie Glickman and recently a hour yin under her guidance Its an honor to have been brought on to teach a regular class at her studio Yoga Journey every Tuesday and Thursday morning at AM Ive been inspired by other teachers around me in that studio however I find my own voice in attempt to be creative with my sequencing as well as finding meaning and carrying a theme throughout If its not my chosen hours to practice its my love of adding incense sound and a thick New Jersey accent to each of my classes that separates me from the crowd!.
