Tantra Power Yoga offers instruction in Classical Tantric Hatha yoga and meditation practice as well as Hot Yoga, Restorative, Kids Yoga and 100 and 200 Hour Yoga Immersion and 200 and 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Programs. Jodie's ability to teach to a wide range of students including children, teens, and beginner to advanced adults makes Tantra Power Yoga an inclusive environment where students can explore and empower their fullest capacities.
