Jodie is a yoga teacher (E-RYT 500, YACEP), Ayurveda Yoga Specialist, and Three Wisdom Traditions wellness coach.
A dedicated practitioner for almost two decades, she values yoga as a holistic healing arts practice, providing guidance to learn more about ourselves, each other, and how to live more peacefully in the world. Grounded in personal practice and influenced by her teachers, Jodie’s teaching style blends heart-centered intention and purposeful action with lighthearted, compassionate instruction. She weaves in themes from daily life, shared experiences, and the wisdom traditions of yoga and Ayurveda with mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation. Jodie holds 200-hour yoga teacher training certifications in Hatha and Ashtanga. In 2016, she completed the OM Yoga 500-hour advanced teacher training program with her beloved teacher, Cyndi Lee. Jodie studied Ayurveda with Kathryn Templeton and Sarah Gugliemi at the Himalayan Institute. She also has specialized training in meditation, yin, restorative, yoga for mental health, and trauma-sensitive yoga. Jodie is grateful for mentorship with her teachers and thrilled to be in community with others on the path to remembering and celebrating our inherent goodness..
