As a Somatic Yoga instructor Ive been sharing the art of Pranayama since In I obtained my -hour Yoga Teacher Certification from Miramar College in San Diego California Additionally I am a NB-HWC Health and Recovery coach I have undergone training in Yoga of Recovery and am passionate about guiding individuals on their healing journeys I believe true wellness is a personal journey that should be accessible to all Drawing from my own experiences with chronic health challenges I strive to support my students and clients with radical acceptance authenticity and respect and joy! I offer private lessons as well as group classes in person and online.
