Yoga has been a part of my life for years with a certification in Yoga Fit I Yoga Alliance hr E- Y- and Integrative Yoga for Seniors I owned a small yoga business called Yoga To You LLC from to Yoga to You was a concierge yoga service instructing a quality session in the clients home and /or office I believe that yoga is a relationship between the body mind and spirit with the art of breath and asana My passion for yoga is so deep that I hope to aid others in finding their love for a personal yoga practice I am not currently teaching a weekly class but I am always building my yoga community I feel that one of my strengths is the ability to modify or challenge clients to achieve their personal goals.
