I have practiced yoga for over years and have been teaching yoga since in the beautiful town of Taos NM I teach a light-hearted vinyasa flow built with the intention to gently challenge my students while suiting the intention they bring to their practice I teach to all levels from beginners to advanced practitioners I love to integrate pranayama and meditation into my teaching I consider myself a constant and humble student to yoga Having lived with PTSD for much of my life I discovered a nurturing strength and equanimity in yoga that I have found nowhere else I hope that I can bring the same blessings to others.
