Having been a student of yoga and In the field of yoga psychology over the past 20+ years, I have worked with various teachers, styles and programs within the walls of Massachusetts beloved Kripalu Center and abroad. This learning process has given opportunities that I am now able to share as tools in the "tool belt" of life on this journey. Continuing to educate myself to be a creative catalyst for growth is how I share being a student of life!
