Marc Pouw was a founder of the Brussels Yoga Loft. He was introduced to yoga in 2006 by his wife Barbara (founder of the Brussels Yoga Loft) and with his gymnastics experience, he immediately loved the ashtanga practice for its playfulness and balance between strength, flexibility, and fun elements. He has trained with Larry Schultz, founder of the “Rocket”, Kino McGregor, Ashtanga Yoga Paris, Gerald Burmeister, and others. Marc teaches yoga at the Brussels Yoga Loft in Brussels Belgium, online, and in California.
