Johnny Yuhas is a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT with Yoga Alliance and is a member of the International Yoga Federation Additionally Johnny serves the community as a doctoral prepared Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner  He is trained in the study of Ashtanga Vinyasa at Shri K Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Institute under the direction of Saraswathi Jois in Mysore India as well as the Association for Yoga and Meditation in Rishikesh India  In Johnny was honored as a lululemon Ambassador in recognition for his philanthropic work in the Coachella Valley He is the founder of "Poses for the People" a community yoga fundraiser that benefits Coachella Valley patient needs Johnnys classes and workshops serve all levels of yoga practitioners He takes a synergistic approach to unite his experience in nursing yoga and psychiatry to create a trauma-informed in helping others develop a sustainable yoga practice.
