she is certified in barre, yoga, yoga for athletes, meditation + breathwork and much more. she has her 500hr RYT certification and has created wellness programs for kids, yoga alliance certified trainings and lectures. She recently founded a non-profit, “Reimagine Our Wellness” which supports BIPOC + LGBTQIA+ folks in wellness.
