Joseph Lauricella

I took my first yoga class in 1995 and have been practicing ever since and teaching since 1999. I opened Arizona Power Yoga and the Arizona School of Yoga in 2008 and successfully sold the in 2013. As a yoga teacher and bodyworker, my work is focused on helping people become more aware of the body mind connection and move towards a healthy lifestyle. There was a time I was known as the Power Yoga guy, but the truth is I enjoy teaching all types of yoga because I like working with people. In the teacher trainings, retreats, and workshops I teach, I do my best to inspire people to live their truth and have a mission in life.
