Joseph JOSEPH Lusso

He invokes humility and challenge during his classes with the mission of helping the students realize their full potential. Joseph accepted yoga as a lifestyle in 1997 and has been a devoted practitioner ever since.He has been teaching more than 500 hours a year since 2002. His roots are in Kripalu (meditation in motion) Yoga. He studied at Kripalu in Lenox, Massachusetts, the largest residential yoga center in the world, and completed their three-month residency Spiritual Lifestyle Program in 2000. He is became a certified Bikram Instructor in 2002 and completed Corepower's Power Yoga Teacher Training in 2005.Joseph leads many types of hatha yoga classes. He believes breath is the master-key. He attributes numerous positive changes both emotionally and physically to the practice of yoga. Joseph says, " Yoga is my passion. I plan to continue to travel the world seeking opportunities to study with master teachers. I am very open to learning more. It is ‘the journey’ that we must embrace".
