I am an ERYT and owner of Modern Yoga in Strongsville, Ohio.
I received my 200 RYT from Live, Love, Teach with Stacy Dockins and Phil Urso in 2015. I believe that breath is the link between the mind and body. I teach breath based vinyasa yoga. I study and practice insight meditation as well. My goal is to give students guidance and space to cultivate their own moving meditation practice.
