About

Moving my body was always an important part of my life.

I took my first Iyengar Yoga class back in 2010 - in Hungary, where I am from - just to try out a new form of body movement after practicing modern dance and aerobics for many years. Moving without listening to music was strange for me in the beginning, but something felt so good after the first class already, that I kept going back once a week for years. In 2017 after 6 months of discovering and practicing vinyasa flow, I was attracted to try Ashtanga, which required even more discipline and really early wake-ups, but I loved it. At that point, yoga became the primary way of moving and feeling into my body. Unfortunately, after 6 months of practicing ashtanga, I got some injuries, which slowed down my practice, and then I gave it a break. In 2018 I moved to California, leaving my Marketing Manager profession behind. I continued my yoga practice here, mostly vinyasa flow at that time, and shortly after moving I registered to do the 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at Breathe Together Yoga Los Gatos with Jennifer Prugh and Noell Clark. I simply loved the training, and the way they teach yoga. When I finished it, I wasn’t sure about teaching yet, it was obvious that I would do the 300 hour training as well. I wanted to learn more about this wonderful phenomenon called yoga. And I did. In 2021 I got my 300 hour certificate, and I am currently on the road to be able to register as a 500 hour yoga teacher. I am glad that my journey led to yoga, and I am very happy that I have the chance to share the joy of the practice. I teach vinyasa flow, slow flow and power flow, and I truly believe that praciting yoga is such a powerful way not just to move our bodies, but to learn to listen to it, to listen to ourselves, be present, be more aware, and to feel more connected to the world around us. I live with my wonderful husband and our 2 children. Baking bread makes me happy, I am passionate about travelling, dancing salsa, making cakes and creating family videos. My favourite thing is when we are on the road with the kids, travelling across the US with our motorhome, soaking up nature and discovering the beauties of this country while being outdoors. I love to do yoga class offerings at special events, like Burning Man. My goal is to welcome you with a creatively designed flow class which makes you feel good and leave class with a smile on your face.
