As a former ballet dancer and gymnast, I have a deep passion for health consciousness. I genuinely admire Nature and the Ocean, I give classes on the beach during sunrise and sunset time, using the nurturing and cleansing energies of the Ocean. Through my spiritual yoga practice, I always keep my focus on connecting people to Mother Earth and to the Ocean, we work with cosmic energies, vibrations and frequencies. My unique practice encourages people to be truly authentic, inspiring them to connect to their spirit through the asanas to build self-awareness, embrace awakening and connect to Oneness. I approach health, wellness and spirituality with playfulness that encourages all personalities and yoga levels. Yoga is “The Art of waking up”, a true way of awakening and experiencing Oneness. Getting back to the true you, to explore your core, your true essence. Yes, it can be that simple! I teach YIN Yoga in a way that offers a guidance for everybody to see a world and space that is working for you instead of against you. “Yoga reminds me that everything is connected so we must live, breath, act, play, exist with awareness .
