About
My first Yoga experience was on PBS with Lilias Hatha Yoga in the 1970s.
My passion is ballet, so I continued to take ballet classes off and on until my last ballet class closed in 2013. A new Yoga studio opened up in the neighborhood, so I began to attend classes where one of my teachers suggested I train for RYT 200. Upon certification, I began teaching corporate classes during lunch at my job at Southwest Airlines until I retired in 2018. Since then, I have substituted periodically at local churches and am teaching classes to small groups at my home. I truly love teaching beginners and seniors.
