Since the pandemic she has been offering classes and workshops via zoom. In private sessions, she helps individuals with a range of physical and emotional difficulties—including stress, back pain, and chronic illness. She teaches workshops on a variety of topics, including mudras, chakras, back-care, and yoga for osteoporosis.
