Julia Kelley is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).With over a decade of experience as a student and devotee of yoga, I completed my 200-hour RYT training in 2019.
That training focused on vinyasa, with a strong emphasis on the history and philosophy of yoga. A deep passion for yin led to completing yin training and certification in 2025, drawn to its support of slow movement, deep stretching, and nervous system regulation.At the heart of my teaching is a commitment to creating inclusive, supportive spaces for students of all experience levels and body types. I encourage the use of props and breathwork for individual attunement, and love inviting students to discover their own unique practice while honoring the integrity, history, and tradition of yoga.In addition to yoga, I’m a professional astrologer and a student of ecopsychology. I’m drawn to the intersections of wellness, nature, and inner life. My path is in supporting people in finding greater flow, connection, and harmony in their lives.
