Julia's Yoga journey began 17 years ago, when was just a teen. At the time she couldn't then articulate what about this practice was so profound, but knew it made her feel better than any other sport or activity she was involved in. Sticking with the practice as her primary tool for self-healing Julia decided to become a teacher in her early twenties in order to share the practice with others. After becoming a teacher Julia realized that her heart-filled message was best shared with others who want to develop their own voice, and hone in on teaching and leadership skills. www.juliamarieyoga.com
