Julia brings a unique and dynamic approach to yoga drawing from a rich background in Break Dancing Gymnastics and over years of diverse athletic experience Her movement practice has evolved into a powerful expression of both discipline and creativity rooted in a deep understanding of the body and its capacity for transformation She completed her YTT- teacher training at the Adirondack Asana Academy where she began refining her approach to strength flexibility and mindful sequencing in a heated environment She then immersed herself in the Hot & series Bikram-style undergoing specialized training as a teacher in this traditional therapeutic practice The Hot & series consisting of a fixed sequence of postures and breathing exercises in a heated room deeply informed her teaching philosophy Through its precise structure and disciplined repetition Julia guides students toward physical detoxification spinal alignment and improved focus empowering them to witness progress through consistent effort Julias mission is to share practices that awaken the body settle the mind and invite sustainable mobility and strength on the mat and far beyond it.
