Her yoga practice is a blend of Hatha and Vinyasa. Julianne Ruocco is currently registered with Yoga Alliance as a 200 RYT. Julianne views life as dynamic and believes that the key is to stay flexible and strong. She combines her yoga practice with Body Pump & Cycling training as well as holding a Purple Belt in Shotokan Karate to meet these key elements in her life. She became a yoga instructor to help others de-stress and find inner peace in the fast-paced, demanding world.
