Kundalini Yoga and Meditation found me in during my early twin pregnancy Mantra Meditation drew me to it as I chanted the Adi Shakti mantra daily until giving birth to twin boys The technology ended up being a lifeline through severe postpartum challenges which today inspires the depth and sensitivity I bring to teaching Since then Yoga has become central to how I live parent and serve First and foremost I am a devoted practitioner and student of the yogic path Two months after giving birth I enrolled in a -month Kundalini Yoga course for Women at Basanti School Chile Rallanī Mujer Claro de Luna I then became a KRI International Certified Level and RYT- Instructor with Spirit Rising Yoga IL USA I have also taken several courses about Yoga and motherhood Infinity Ma Harmanjot ; Facets of Motherhood ; Grace in Motherhood Nam Satya I am currently pursuing my -hour certification with Karam Kriya School and Teacher Trainer path with Amrita Devi from Kundalini Yoga Tribe Im originally from France bilingual in Spanish and I moved to the US ten years ago settling in Phoenix for the past three years I worked for over years as an art educator in schools museums and healthcare settings specializing in healing arts for people with special needs in Spain Colombia and the USA My deep sensibility to peoples diverse needs compassion and strong intuition guide me to create a very safe space for yoga students to relax into themselves I love introducing beginners to Kundalini Yoga and Meditation because I have experienced its positive and quick effects firsthand including overcoming challenges by tapping into our inner peaceful strength and uplifting our energy.
