The daughter of a physical education teacher I grew up in England playing many different types of competitive sports Ive always gravitated to cardio sports and only ended up on a yoga mat as a result of stress at work when I was in the hi-tech world The antidote was yoga and thats how it all began! I studied hours yoga teacher training with Kathy Petrin E-RYT to deepen my yoga knowledge The experience was wonderful – I became immersed in aspects of yoga from anatomy sequencing and meditation to history and philosophy My style is playful fun calming and challenging with a nice sprinkle of fabulous music and quirky British sense of humor.
