Julie has practiced yoga for more than 30 years.
She has trained with Jean Mazzei ERYT, Edwina Ferro ERYT, Christiane Brems PhD ABPP ERYT C-IAYT, and Geno Carvalo MPH ERYT NBC-HWC of Stanford Universitys YogaX program for healthcare providers. Julie is an experienced nutrition educator who integrates yoga based practices into individual and group sessions As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist she partners with others to help them find ways to be nourished through food, breath, movement, and community. Julie has led individual and group nutrition themed workshops and yoga classes in clinical and corporate settings throughout the Bay Area and California as well as online virtual settings. Julie guides a practice incorporating breath meditation and gentle movement. Julie offers permission to students for a time to rest restore reconnect and reinvigorate to discover integrative whole body techniques you can practice both on and off the mat.
