Julie Konrad AHCAYS RYT is a certified Hatha Yoga Instructor and Ayurvedic Health Counselor She received her yoga teacher training with TryLife Yoga School and her Ayurvedic training with the Himalayan Institute She registered with the Yoga Alliance in She has taught all around the Cleveland area and has studied with world-renouned teachers Julie is dedicated to deepening her own practice by studying with yogis from around the country expanding her knowledge and bringing the most authentic practice possible to her students Julies approach to teaching is nurturing with an emphasis on self-awareness guiding the student through each asana with close attention to breath and alignment Julie has taught over hours of classes and has experience working with students who experience upper and lower back and neck issues have scoliosis suffer from anxiety and depression and students who have new knees and hips Julie has also had the joy of sharing yoga with hundreds of toddlers and children and kids with special needs Working with athletes has become an area of great passion for Julie Shes working with professional athletes using yoga meditation and mindfulness practices to help enhance performance She also works with local  tennis and squash athletes at The Cleveland Racquet Club and enjoys supporting the area girls soccer players.
