As a registered 200 RYT, RCYT, YACEP, and Reiki Master Practitioner, I currently teach teens and adults in studios, gyms, schools, and community settings.
As founder of Just For Today, LLC, I enjoy working with teams to enhance their training program. I lead yoga focused on mobility, strength, flexibility and injury prevention. Many teams also choose to include breath work, visualization and mediation practices to maximize their talents. In studios, community centers, on line and in private homes, I take pride in creating classes where all can access the flow offering variations, accommodations and props to make all poses accessible. As the mother of a young adult with special needs, I am experienced, passionate and driven to meet ALL clients, no matter their age, ability, strengths and challenges, where they are. I provide a safe space, clear and concise cueing and a flow suited for both the beginner and veteran yogi.
