I discovered the life changing practice of Yoga over ten years ago and have been fascinated by the connection of breath to movement ever since.
I am a graduate of Devotion Yoga’s 200 Hour Teacher Training Program in Hoboken, NJ, and also hold two Advanced Training Certifications in Restorative Yoga, as well as being a Certified Second Degree Reiki practitioner. A longtime student, I have found my daily practice to be instrumental in recovery from emotional trauma and physical injury, as well as providing spiritual fulfillment. This beautiful journey offers a deep path with roots to community,clarity and spiritual support. My wish is to make yoga accessible to everyone and share how the practice can reveal a deeper understanding of our true selves. I teach the principles of Yoga through asana, meditation & mindfulness sharing how to incorporate these practices into a balanced and joyful life. Some of my teaching influences include Jillian Pransky, Colleen Saidman Yee, Rodney Yee, Chrissy Carter, Elena Brower.
