I honestly don’t get how this whole yoga alliance thing works, but here’s my general bio I have over 1000 hours of education, broken up into a 200 hr, 300 hr in two different schools, and then an addition 500 hours with LYT I consider my self to be a LYT style yoga teacher, but give myself permission to vary it a little.

LYT is developed by a physical therapist and offers a different approach to traditional yoga asanas that are more relevant for todays bodies. I teach a very mindful slow approach, focusing on education my students on anatomy and physiology, and embodying this knowledge. I love teaching group classes as much as I love teaching one on one. I have successfully gotten myself out of chronic pain and would love to help any suffering themselves through a pathway of healing I currently have a one year old son, so don’t teach as often as I once did, but am missing it, so trying to get back out there
