She holds Thai Yoga Massage Level 1–4 Certifications through Lotus Palm under the guidance of Sukha Wong, a 500-hour Yoga Teacher Certification, and Reiki Level 1 Certification.Jun began her yoga journey in 2011 and completed her first 200-hour teacher training at Sonic Yoga in Manhattan. As her interests expanded into healing arts, she continued intensive studies in Thai Yoga Massage beginning in 2017. In 2021, she completed an additional 300-hour training through Aligned Yoga to deepen her understanding of practice and pedagogy.Jun teaches Restorative Yoga Flow, integrating gentle hands-on assists, Thai Yoga Massage techniques, and essential oils to cultivate deep relaxation. Her work comes from the heart—rooted in loving-kindness, compassion, and the belief that yoga and bodywork are powerful tools for healing. Through her own experiences navigating urban stress and managing chronic pain from a herniated lumbar disc, she is dedicated to sharing practices that support resilience, balance, and well-being.
