Justin has lived in Southern Arizona since 2014. He is a father, U.S. Army veteran, and lover of yoga. Justin teaches with an approach of safe, functional, adaptable yoga. He is dedicated to practicing yoga to it’s fullest extent both on and off the mat, honoring the traditions of yoga, and holding space for others to grow through their own yoga practice. Justin has immense expertise in working with beginners, those with special needs, and those living in large, aging, or immobile bodies. He is also an enthusiastic teacher of yoga philosophy.
