Justine is a 200 Hour E-RYT and holds a Masters in Exercise Science.
She teaches a dynamic vinyasa flow that is inspired by Lotus Flow®. Lotus Flow’s mantra is “Move like yourself.” Her classes will encourage authentic movement that links the breath and the body to the rhythm music utilizing the forms and shapes of the yoga asanas. Justine has been teaching Group Fitness classes for 16 years, but began teaching yoga in 2008 at Georgia Southern University. She has since completed her 200 Hour Certification at Savannah Yoga Center and 300 Hour Certification at Laughing Lotus Yoga in NYC. She is grateful for her teachers Kelley Boyd, Dana Trixie Flynn, Mary Dana Abbott, and Lauren Magarelli. When she is not on her mat she is an Exercise Science Lecturer at Georgia Southern University, mom to three cats and a dog, healthy food enthusiast and at home chef with her husband Tim, and working on completing another marathon in the next year.
