Megan Hook is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Additionally, Megan is a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher (since 2008) and is a sound healer. Megan is also a mindfulness and meditation teacher, she has done training through different Buddhist lineages as well as through Mindful Schools and UCLA. Megan is currently teaching in Insight Timer.
