My yoga journey began in I dabbled on and off not really committing to a regular practice until about or years later Yoga for me is much more of a spiritual/mental practice than it is a physical one although I love a good Power Vinyasa class! But then in I completed my first hr Power Vinyasa training with Kula Yoga and in my hr Trauma Informed training with Mindful School of Yoga both based out of Grand Rapids MI I am also certified in ACE Group Fitness BFA Barre Instructor AFPA Pre/Post Natal Fitness Sunchasers SUP Yoga & Yoga Simplified Method Thai Yoga Massage Today I own my own yoga & fitness studio & recently embarked on hosting my first hr YTT! This journey has been a crazy one! :.
