Kalina teaches the AshtangaYogaInnovation® method by Dr. Ronald Steiner combining traditional Ashtanga yoga with innovative scientific approach to tailor the practice for every student of any age, any physical fitness level and previous experience. Kalina uses her background in cognitive psychology to better help her students connect with their body and calm their mind. Kalina is a EUY (European Union of Yoga) and BDY (German Union of Yoga) certified yoga teacher.
