I really started to take yoga seriously in while living in Las Vegas NV Then a year later I started practicing Ashtanga with Marissa Lee Harris and it really challenged and inspired me in a way that truly hooked me Even though I was still a beginner I was consumed by conquering each pose With straps and blocks for support at first eventually I outgrew them and was able to reach farther and balance without relying on support She was such an inspiration to whom I will always be grateful to My family and I moved again to Southern California I took yoga classes at several locations anychance I got After living in New Jersey for a year and finding an Ashtanga practice with Ashley Griffin she encouraged me to get certified as an instructor With Ashleys guidance Jonny Kests curriculum and the Kelly Coyles constant tough love nudged me out of my comfort zone to lead classes of my own with my Hr RYT certification in At the beginning of I decided to take advantage of the option to continue my yoga education remotely and enrolled in a Hr RYT program.
