Hi there!I began practicing yoga after my dad died in October 2022.
I was in a very dark place, and I found comfort in practicing yoga. When I teach, I draw inspiration from the students. I teach what they need in that moment. From there, I use humility, humor, and authenticity to keep my students engaged. I also focus a lot of proper alignment and self-reflection. I currently teach at hOMe Yoga Studio in Rolesville, N.C. I am also working on my 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training with The Light of Alignment school.
