About
Kandice has been a student of Yoga, Ayurveda, herbalism, and holistic wellness for over 20 years.
As an E-RYT with Yoga Alliance, Kandice offers 200hr trainings as well as continued education in Yoga and Ayurveda. A trauma informed, holonic practitioner, Kandice uses her knowledge of plants, Yoga, Ayurveda, and Reiki to support her clients as they build resilient, nourished, nervous systems and create happy, healthy, aligned lives. Dedicated to being both student and teacher, Kandice continues to hone her skills and expand her tool kit by studying with teachers around the world. She learned true Seva during her time working with school children in Cambodia. In the jungles of Peru she had the honor of connecting deeply with the spirit of cacao under the guidance of great wisdom keepers who taught her about the traditions of caco in daily life and in ceremony. Kandice has been blessed to have studied extensively with her teacher Adi Shakti, and had the honor of studying with her and Yogrishi Vishvketu at the foot of the Himalayas in Rishikesh India.
