Hello, my name is Kappy & I began my yoga journey when I was in college. I became a certified instructor in 2018, after many years in the the Specialty Tea & Beverage Industry. I am an RYT-200 & RYT EMYOGA Foundations Instructor. I am the Yoga Instructor for the City of Pigeon Forge. I work for the Parks & Recreation Dept./Community Center in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. I teach to my local community with the Pigeon Forge Community Center. I teach their Annual PFCC Membership, the Pigeon Forge City Wellness Program, the PFCC Pre-K kids yoga, the PFAS kids grades K-6 yoga, the Homeschool Kids program, & a few visitors to the Great Smoky Mountains & Sevier County area in East Tennessee. I love teaching for the City of Pigeon Forge PFCC & in this space. I love both stillness & motion. I use my light, my heart & head, along with inspiring positive encouragement for improving our health, happiness & joy. I love to practice & teach outdoors whenever possible, taking advantage of the beautiful Smoky Mountains area I am blessed to live & work in. I teach online lessons on Zoom with Wise Mountain Yoga, here in Seymour, TN. I also teach privately in small groups in the Great Smoky Mountain area when I have time.
