Kara Brown began her yoga journey over a decade ago but dove deep into her practice in 2023.
She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at Easy Tiger Yoga in August 2025 where she specialized in vinyasa and hatha style yoga.Outside of teaching yoga, Kara enjoys being a foodie, spending time in nature, traveling with her husband and toddler, and getting creative with a new craft.Kara brings an energetic, mindful, and grounding flow to each of her classes and hopes her students leave feeling a sense of self love, community, and good in their bodies.
