Lookiing for balance from the software engineering world, Karen completed her 200 hr RYT training in 2017.
Her class moves at a slow gentle pace, moving through poses that are held for a varying length of breath to relinquish the busyness of the mind and connect the breath and mind with the pose. Considerations are made to allow all students to find what they need for their practice, be it their own flow or a restorative resting poses. She welcomes students of all abilities. Karen fully enjoys teaching a gentle mindful yoga class incorporating breath and body work to instill an inner peace within her students. She continues her journey seeking wisdom and training in all aspects of Yoga.
