Karen has been practicing yoga since 2012.
She started practicing after a traumatic life event in order to seek mental clarity and physical grounding. Karen started working as a teaching assistant in 2012. In 2020, Karen obtained her Registered Yoga Teacher-200 certification through the Yoga & Ayurveda Center. Over the years, Karen has attended various classes offering different styles of yoga, and enjoys attending new classes when traveling on vacation. Karen’s classes combine strength and mobility work in a dynamic Vinyasa flow style. Expect to move, sweat, and breathe.
