Karen Fabian

Karen has her B.S. in Rehabilitation Counseling from Boston University, her Master’s in Health Care Administration from Simmons College, is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher and was one of the first Certified Baptiste Yoga Teachers. She has taught yoga since 2002, teaches anatomy to yoga teachers and her first book, “Stretched: Build Your Yoga Business, Grow Your Teaching Techniques,” (Amazon, July 2014) is a guide for teachers on both the business and teaching aspects of being a teacher. Her second book, an e book called, "Structure and Spirit" guides readers through essential principles of anatomy in the context of movement. The focus of her work is training teachers inside her own program, The Yoga Anatomy Blueprint Learning Program. In this program, teachers build their confidence and skills around cueing and sequencing and learn anatomy with her easy 10 step blueprint. She lives in Boston and is also the host of her long running podcast, "Conversations for Yoga Teachers," with over 300 episodes, some solo and some guest interviews, helping yoga teachers learn and grow through the audio lessons and stories she covers.
