I am a soul centered, self love igniter, yogi goddess, with a passion to serve others.
I guide busy women to focus on living life with ease and grace; to no longer strive for perfection. But my deepest joy comes when I am able to empower women to become their own guide. To give them the tools to find their own power; to finally live a life with more pleasure and less guilt. As your guide, I put the power back in YOUR hands. I have created a unique platform that combines my passion for yoga, soulful intuition and my experience with holistic health coaching that is designed to guide women to make practical lifestyle changes producing real and lasting results. I help clients shift behavior to develop lifelong healthy habits that will allow true transformation; all while nurturing the body, mind and soul. One hour Soul Sessions will consist of meditation, yoga practice and wellness coaching. I incorporate creative asana sequencing, essential oils, a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration to help you relax and really focus on yourself. I am confident these sessions will help you dramatically expand and deepen your mindset around health.
