She has been call a certification junky and feels that yoga should be accessible to everyone. She has specialized training in using the neurological system to help people move better and get out pain. Through her work as a PTA, Karen has helped people overcome many challenges in their movement pattern and to feel better as well as get out pain. With her specialized training, she is able to help people recover from concussions that have resulted from falls, car wrecks and much more. With her Phases Wellness, she hopes to help people move better through yoga, personal movement assessments and is available for one on one reiki treatments.
