Karen is the “soul” proprietor and practitioner of Santih Space. Santih Space offers a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher, Mindful Yoga, Prenatal Yoga Teacher, Baby & Toddler Yoga, Lakshmi Voelker Chair Yoga Teacher, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga (Josh Summers Training), Reiki III Practitioner, Ayurveda Specialist, and Blessingway Planner. Having been certified through Evolution Power Yoga as a Vinyasa yoga instructor and receiving attunement as a Reiki Level III practitioner through Sarah Preston of Radiance, Karen has expanded her menu of independent services by becoming certified through Mindful Yoga with Suzanne Manafort of Connecticut, Kripalu, Massachusetts for Lakshmi Voelker Chair Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Delaware and East Meets West Yoga Center, Virginia for Prenatal Yoga. By training ChildLight Yoga LLC, Karen provides opportunities for caregivers and Mom's from her Prenatal Class to continue on with their babies in a familiar, caring environment with yoga. Living by the motto, “creating possibilities for those who thought yoga to be impossible…one breath at a time”, you typically won’t find Karen in a traditional yoga studio. Santih Space shows up in various locations bringing a yoga practice and an inviting peaceful space into lives needing a grounded connection waiting to be discovered on life’s journey.
