Karen Stinson aka Kitty is an International Flight Attendant for a major US Airline Yoga has slowly transformed her life from the Outside to the Inside Ten years ago she was introduced to Yoga by her personal trainer in Dallas Texas and started her physical practice with American Power Yoga and Bikram Yoga She volunteered for over years at Omega Workshops where she was able to meet and practice with world-renowned Master Yoga Teachers Adopted from Seoul Korea as a four month old infant she feels her life is a GIFT and was given to her to live to the Fullest and to be of Service to others She has found her zeal in yoga and her passion is to teach After finding Terri Cooper in April She finally made the commitment and completed the HR Teacher Training with Yoga June She is a Yoga Gangster and will be traveling with the Airline Ambassadors on Mission Trips across the world introducing yoga to Orphanages and Teaching to the Volunteers and Staff Instagram Hawaiikat Twitter yogakitty Facebook Karen Stinson.
