Karey is known for her fun, exhilarating asana flows, set to a backdrop of soul-stirring music and inspired story-telling.
Her tales spring from her travels around the world, and her work as an entrepreneur, organic farmer, wisdom seeker, wife and mother. She is a yoga teacher who is dedicated to both the physical and philosophical pathways of yoga. It is her passion to inspire students to help them find true peace and strength in their bodies, and encourage their personal journeys of evolution, discovery and adventure, both on and off the mat Karey is a sought-after instructor who has taught at large city-wide events and teaches weekly classes at ONE Yoga. She has led Yoga Rocks the Park, Denver's Friday Night Yoga Club, and led 7 sold-out International retreats. She has been profiled in national yoga and wellness magazines. She also speaks to corporations about the benefits of meditation and yoga.
