I started practicing yoga 7 years ago to help stay centered and work through anxiety.
Yoga gives me a sense of peace and stability, and has changed the way I look at life. My main teaching intention is to assist students in living their best, most authentic life, while providing a safe space for them to work through any past traumas and tribulations. I believe yoga is for everyone, and I am passionate about making yoga more inclusive for underserved populations. I am certified in Power Vinyasa (200), Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Hot Power Fusion (200), and Yoga Sculpt. I also teach yoga to kids and teens, and I am a certified Reiki Level 3 practitioner. I have experience teaching professional athletes, LGBTQIA youth, and survivors of trauma, along with the general population.
