Karin holds a B.S.
in Psychology from Fordham University and a M.S. from Hofstra University. She is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and a certified TCTSY Facilitator. She began her yoga practice in 1991 as a path to emotional growth. Her background in addictions led her to working as a yoga instructor at an inpatient rehabilitation facility where she facilitates group and individual instruction. She is certified to work with incarcerated populations. Karin developed a yoga program for The Branches, an outreach center in Rio Grande, NJ serving homeless, disabled, veteran and impoverished communities. She is an E-RYT and holds a YACEP designation as well as being a member of Yoga Alliance and the Yoga Service Council. Karin is the founder of Bee Mindful Yoga and Meditation Space, a studio with offerings in yoga, meditation, and community events.
